Amazon Digitizing has three monthly subscription plans: BASIC, STANDARD, PREMIUM. If the subscription does not suit you, try pay-as-you-go prices.
Terms and Conditions
A subscription can be upgraded or downgraded at any time.
What is not used in design will not carry into the next month.
If the number of designs exceeds the plan that you chose, charges will be incurred as explained on the pricing page.
Major modifications in design will be regarded as New Design, but minor edits (for example, color change or file format conversion) will be regarded as part of the same design.
You are entitled to all the discounts mentioned on the pricing page for any monthly plan. Other discount coupons will not get activated unless a special discount is provided by our customer support team.
If no work is submitted or requested for a certain period, your subscription may be placed on hold.
Design Limits
Each of our packages at Amazon Digitizing entitles you to a specific number of designs. If you require extra designs over that number, a nominal charge shall apply for every extra design. Worry not; our rates are the most affordable in the industry. At Amazon Digitizing, customer satisfaction is prioritized above all.
Refund Policy
Most service providers do not offer refunds under the nature of digital goods, but Amazon Digitizing believes in fairly providing its services. Refunds can be issued under the following conditions:
The last payment that you made for any service or product was less than 7 days ago.

How to Submit a File and Get Your Design
You can send your image file to info@amazondigitizing.com, from your registered email address, any time after purchasing a plan. Your design will be sent to you as soon as it’s completed.
Pay-As-You-Go – Free Quote
You may request a free quote for any design before placing an order. Again, there are no charges for a quote.
Service Notice
Being a custom service, there are times when minor errors like spelling or drawing occur. Please examine your design thoroughly before we go to production. If you happen to find any errors, please bring them to our attention, and we will take full responsibility by correcting it till you are fully satisfied, free of charge.
Design Editing
Basic edits are always free: modifications to the format, color changes, etc., are typically small modifications. Major design edits will require a fee set by Amazon Digitizing.
Multiple Sizes
If you request a design in multiple sizes, each size will be treated as a separate order and priced out separately, as different sizes require different work for the making of the designs.
Payments
We accept payments through PayPal and Stripe, thus allowing you easy payment via your PayPal account or any debit/credit card. In case you face an issue while making the payment, feel free to get in touch with us; an alternative payment option will be arranged for you.

Customers will be informed ahead of time of any changes in the pricing structure.
Design Complexity
Highly detailed or complex designs and requests for multiple logo sizes might be outside the standard custom offerings. Please be aware that some promotions or offers may apply to first-time orders only.
Order Delivery
The embroidery machine file will be delivered after payment for the design has been made; this timing includes sending you a production worksheet before payment. The worksheet will give you a reasonable idea of what your designs will look like after production: a sketch of the design, color sequence, stitch count, and design size, together with additional specifications that may be important.

Please enter all design details correctly upon submission. Amazon Digitizing will not accept responsibility for errors due to wrong information provided by the customer. You may want to recheck your design information before you confirm the order.
Design Digitizing
The design gets digitized correctly at Amazon Digitizing by professional digitizers. Upon receipt of your design, we would ask that you review and check it carefully against your original request. If any discrepancies are found, it is important to contact us right away to allow for adjustments.
Refund Policy
With most digital service-based businesses, refunds are not generally offered. Amazon Digitizing stands apart, in that we take refund requests seriously in cases where there is a legitimate reason—such as in the case of a problem demonstrated by a photo of a sew-out sample. This enables us to understand the client issue and improve upon the results. We will work with you until satisfaction is granted.
Turnaround Time Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours after payment confirmation, while for urgent requests, we also have an option of expedited delivery within 1 to 4 hours.
